She met her fate on 25/01/1993 when she crashed out of control into the jungle during night time while operating a cargo flight for TABA (PT-LCS) from Belem to Altamira killing its 3 occupants .The timetable stae March 1, 1967

The aircrat was leased to Sudan Airways in 1978 as ST-AHG, Air Malta in 1978-79 and to Monarch Airlines as G-BHOY from March to July 1980. Returned to the USA as N61TA and bought by Boeing on October 5.1985 for the KC-135 spare program.

Went to a series of owners : Air Illinois , AJ Walter, Zircon Aviation and Jet fleet Coprporation.. Last seen in the livery of Tikal Jets (TG-TJF) when Zircon Aviation sold her on June 6,1994. Stored as of May 2003.
