The frames
were leased through the State Transport Leasing Company (GTLK) and AZIMUTH took an option on 8 more frames . The
total fleet is expected to reach 22 frames in 2022
The company is headquartered at Rostov on Don . The company has been established in february 2017 after the merger of Donavia and Rossiya Airines took place . Although Rossiya Airlines continued to serve Rostov-On-Don. The city and the region lost its "national" airline
The company got its AOC (Air Operator's Certificate) on August 18, 2017 and commenced its operation on September 2017 with first flights to Vnukovo Airport
According to ATO.RU the company is expected to break-even within 3 years and expexpects to carry bteween 2 and 3,000,000 passengers ( DONAVIA carried 1,475,000 in 2015)
The Airline will move its operations to the new Platov Interntional Airport (November-December 2017)
