ALL NIPPON AIRWAYS  was the result of a merger in March 1958 between  NIPPON HERIKOPUTA  YUJO (Nippon Helicopter and Aeroplanes , founded on December 27,1952 and began operation in Feb 1953) and KYOKUTO KOKU (Far East Airlines founded on December 26,1952 and began operations on February 1,1954)

When this timetable was published ANA  was just a domestic  airlines serving 21 domestic points  over a 6843 km network length , The monopoly on international fight was held by Japan Airlines until 1986 when it was lifted and ANA will embark on an international expansion.

The fleet consisted of 3 Vickers Viscount 

G-APNK leased from 07/60 to 10/61 , Viscount series 744 ex Capital Airlines. JA8201 Vickers viscount series 828 delivered 06/61  and the freshly delivered JA8202 (dd on 21/07/1961)
